  • ½ shallot

  • 1 cloves garlic

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

  • 1 oz fresh basil leaves

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme
    (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

Use the BevRev Blender

Rev on a flat surface about 10 times and pour over meat and vegetables.
