1 cloves garlic
¼ cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 oz fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons of fresh thyme
(or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
