  • 3 large eggs

  • ¼ onion

  • 1 full jalapeno pepper (remove stem)

  • 3 oz cream

  • Salt and pepper


Use the BevRev Blender

Twist to get blades moving through contents. Then rev left and right on a flat surface until all ingredients are well blended. There will still be chunks. Pour into pan and cook on med/low heat. Flip once, and load up with cheese. Cook until cheese melts. You won’t need salsa for this one!
