Twist and mix ham, onion, green pepper, and salt and pepper until blended to the right size. Pour in pan with melted butter and cook until onions and ham are caramelized. Crack eggs into the blender while the other ingredients are cooking. Add cream or milk. Rev back and forth on a flat surface until blended, and pour over the cooking ingredients. Shake pan to make sure eggs are cooking. Flip once after about 5 minutes on low heat. Add jack cheese. Fold and serve when melted.
